Dry Creek Partners' mission is to build (on) a championship caliber organization. Founding Partner Tom Santi has a dedication to team building and competitive success that stems from his service as University of Virginia football team captain and later as a tight end for the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL. He believes the qualities that define great teams on the field - leadership, commitment, relentless effort - also characterize great businesses.


Tom is backed by a diverse group including seasoned institutional investors, successful entrepreneurs and a two-time Super Bowl Champion. We aim to leverage that combined experience to create value for all stakeholders while steering the company into its next phase.

Tom Santi

Tom is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dry Creek Partners. He began his professional career as a tight end for the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL. After earning an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Tom held a number of roles in Alternative Asset Management and Investment Banking. He enjoys staying involved in the football community, most recently serving as a coach at Howard University. He currently resides in Washington D.C.
